The modern emblem

It was confirmed at February, 1998. The shield per fess by azure and argent. In the first part an argent flying skylark. In the second part an azure semi-inverted scoop with flowing metal.

The gonfalon

It was confirmed at February, 1998. The rectangular panel with sides ratio as 1:1 is divided on the three horizontal strips - dark blue, red and white. On the blue strip is white flying skylark. The stripes ratio is 2:1:2.
