Was founded in the second half of the XVIII century.

The modern emblem

It was confirmed at March, 3d, 1999. A shield bend sinister. There is three lilies on the bend and two argent storks with gules pads and or ear in gules beaks in the first and second parts of the shield. The author is A.Avdeev.
