The soviet emblem

The soviet emblem was confirmed at Decrmber, 12, 1989 by the decision є106 of city council. In an azure field on three argent pales and three argent barrulets is gules rose wreath with or lightning. In the canton a natural-colored chestnut branch in an azure field. There is word "UKRAINKA" in the chief of cartouche and crossed sickle with hammer in a base. The author is B.Shulevs'kyi.
