It was confirmed at 1976. In the top part of the arms is or half of sun. On the right is the argent chemical retort with an azure liquid. At the left is the or bowl twisted by the snake. In the bottom part is or branch of a grapes. The sun is a symbol of one of the most solar cities of the country (in one year are 262 sunny days). A retort is a symbol of chemical combine. A medical emblem is a symbol of a city-resort. Grape brush means the numerous vineyards.
